Aaron Williams, MD
Aaron Williams is a Resident in the Department of General Surgery. Having completed his first 3 years of clinical training, Aaron joined Hasan Alam's Trauma Translational Research Laboratory in 2017. Over the course of his first year, Aaron has performed a variety of experiments, ranging from in vitro studies to large animal experiments. His research focus has been dedicated to identification of logistically superior therapeutic strategies in the setting of traumatic brain injury in combination with extracerebral injury. Aaron plans to complete his surgical training in 2021 and pursue a fellowship in cardiothoracic, transplant, or trauma surgery.
